Franchesca’s tooth has been loose for a few weeks now and last week we saw her permanent tooth is starting come out. We finally got tired of waiting for it to pop out so her mom brought her to the dentist today to have her loose tooth pulled out. The dentist had to pull out one other tooth as well because it also had a permanent tooth coming out under it. So, Franchesca very bravely and happily lost 2 of her teeth today. 
Tonight she hopes the Tooth Fairy comes and gives her something in exchange for her teeth.
