We had loco moco for dinner tonight. Loco moco is a popular dish in Hawaii. It is made up of rice, burger patty, egg and gravy. We were all very hungry so we didn’t wait for the gravy to finish. We just used the jus from cooking the burgers mixed with beef broth. It was still very good!
